Exceptional pair of high quality leather deep seated armchairs siting upon stout ball and claw feet with shell knee decoration mid leg. A particularly nice and quite unusual feature to the chairs (in our opinion) is the moustache shaped detail to the lower front rail.

English, early 20th Century

These chairs have the “look” and are sumptuous and comfortable…The leather has aged beautifully and is soft and warm.

Both chairs are structurally excellent and without any tears, there is the odd scratch here and there and a head mark on the back of one chair.

Dimensions: 32” (81cm) height back x 36” (92cm) deep x 34” (87cm) wide x 18” (46cm) seat height from floor x 26” (66cm) seat depth.
